For “New” Membership requests: A membership application and annual membership dues must be submitted before your membership request can be considered for approval and access to the Members Only webpages.
 
What you need to do: (1) Complete the membership application. (2) Pay Annual Membership Dues: $60 — Payment is required to complete your membership submission. (3) Membership approval will be confirmed after your application and dues are received.
