A magical night at the movies! On September 18th, our Rusty Bindings group gathered at the iconic Orinda Theatre (2 Orinda Theatre Square, Orinda, CA) for a free screening of “The Majestic,” starring Jim Carrey, directed by Frank Darabont, and featuring Martin Landau and Laurie Holden. Kicking off at 6:30 PM, we immersed ourselves in this inspiring 2001 tale of a blacklisted Hollywood writer who rediscovers purpose in a quaint small town after a life-changing accident. Conveniently near the Orinda BART station, it was a relaxed and accessible outing filled with laughter and great camaraderie.
