Founded in 1972, Rusty Bindings Ski Club is a California nonprofit social and recreational club bringing adults together through friendship, shared interests, and an active social calendar. Our volunteer-led club organizes social gatherings, dinners, celebrations, community service opportunities, and recreational activities such as pickleball, cycling, golf, hiking, and walking. Although our roots are in skiing, Rusty Bindings does not plan, organize, coordinate, or sponsor ski trips or provide ski instruction. Members interested in skiing participate independently or through opportunities offered by other organizations. Rusty Bindings is affiliated with the Bay Area Snow Sports Council (BAC) and, through BAC, the Far West Ski Association (FWSA), connecting our members with a broader community of ski and recreational enthusiasts. Our focus remains on building friendships, staying active, and enjoying shared experiences.
